大眾近幾個月來不斷期待《飢餓遊戲》這部電影。這部電影改編自蘇珊柯林斯令人驚艷的小說，故事關於在一個已然失去道德感的世界裡的電視實境秀，結果非常成功。假使你不知道這個故事，有12個地區每年都要送一男一女參加一個電視競賽，最後輸家的命運是死路一條。

Rising star Jennifer Lawrence makes the movie her own.
Anticipation about the movie The Hunger Games has been growing for months. The adaptation of Suzanne Collins amazing novel about a reality TV show in a world that has lost its sense of morality is spectacular. In case you dont know the story, 12 districts have to send a boy and a girl every year to take part in televised competition where the losers end up dead.
The movie is a comment on our declining moral standards, obsession with reality TV, and the lengths that people will go to in order to ensure their own survival. The screenplay is well-written, and though it tones down some of the violence in the book, it stays true to Collins vision.
The acting in the movie is also brilliant. Jennifer Lawrence stars as Katniss Everdeen, one of the contestants in the game. Theres every indication that Lawrence will be Hollywoods next big female star. Beautiful and engaging, she also displays her considerable acting skills in The Hunger Games. The movies excellent supporting cast, including Donald Sutherland, Stanley Tucci, and Lenny Kravitz, means there isnt a dull moment in the film.
